Not necessary: Unless you are at risk for these problem, they are both rare, and unusual at your age to produce memory loss.

Avoid excess iodine: The only dietary restriction with Graves disease is to avoid excess iodine in your diet, such as kelp, seaweed.  Also try to avoid having a radiologic study that requires IV contrast that contains iodine.

Many patients with renal and liver problems, that are not properly treated or diagnosed, usually experience mental changes (in reasoning, memory, judgment,etc), that if left untreated can become permanent.

: Antidepressant medications are not absolutely contraindicated in liver disease and most of them are not hepatotoxic but dosage may need to be adjusted by the severity of the liver disease because these drugs are usually metabolized by the liver.

No: miralax (polyethylene glycol) stays in the Gastrointestinal tract and doesnt get absorbed into the body, so their should be no neurologic affects. Even if you have Gilbert's disease, which affects the liver, the miralax (polyethylene glycol) doesnt go to the liver at all. It just draws water into the intestinal tract

Not necessary: While some people can develop allergic reactions or respiratory symptoms with exposure to molds in the environment, including houses and buildings, this is not due to a fungal infection that would persist after you were no longer exposed, so there would no reason to take Diflucan (fluconazole). I'd suggest looking at the discussion of "toxic mold" on the CDC website.

Bipolar illness: Unfortunately there are no "traditional" treatment modalities for bipoloar disorder that have been proven to be effective. If you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, the only two types of treatments that have been shown to be effective include medications and psychotherapy.
