Rib torsion/twisted: Is it due to a sports injury or a car accident? You should be seen by a physician for it for evaluation and treatment plan. You might need some imaging studies. Anti-inflammatory, analgesic and/or muscle relaxant meds could help. Physical therapy could help.

Yes.: Confer with your gyn, but if ovary was fixed with a suture, this should prevent future torsion.

Yes, you will: have extreme pain if you have complete torsion of testicle.  It is usually sudden onset and persists until you have an operation to correct it.  Otherwise, your testicle can die from lack of blood flow.

Pain severity?: Many patients with twisted ovaries note that the pain makes it difficult to "laugh, talk, walk, breathe, or be touched in the abdomen". Ruptured cyst patients note a "moment of severe pain" which often passes after a few hours.A twised ovary requires immediate surgery 100% of the time and a ruptured cyst often does not. Ovarian torsion and twisted ovary are the same.

Painful: Testicular torsion occurs when a testicle rotates, twisting the spermatic cord that brings blood to the scrotum. The reduced blood flow causes sudden and often severe pain and swelling. . It has to be differentiated from epididimoorchitis , an inflammation that also causes pain. An acutely tender painful testis is likely to be a torsion, particularly in boy before or at the time of puberty.

BELL CLAPPER: This is a term based on surgical findings of known torsed testicles. There is no literature discussing this deformity's prevalence in the general population. If tortion happens the surgical findings will be noted. The doppler ultrasound and history/physical findings will be the diagnostic tools to call it tortion . There are many causes of testis pain that are non-surgical. Support and nsaids.

Somewhat: The early post-operative scrotal appearance after orchidopexy for torsion, may have a somewhat contorted appearance which typically normalizes over time.

: It depends on the kind of orchiopexy. But routinly it takes 6-8 weeks to normalize

: The normal testicle  can rotate 90-180 and  have some blood flow compromise. If this is happening frequently would follow up with urology as they may be able to tack the testicle down.
