The key is to record all of your points in an honest fashion, attend meetings and weigh in regularly.  It is better to choose healthy foods to spend your points on than junk and exercise is recommended as well.

No Limit: I don't think there is an age limit.  You may be required to have a phyicical exam with your doctor if you have serious medical conditions otherwise there is no age limit.  Little children would most likely not be good candidates.

Possibly: Weight watchers is a very good weight loss plan.  It promotes a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off (most important).  There are other programs that can do this as well, but i believe weight watchers does it the best, in terms of an actual plan.

Most likely no: I recommend staying away from packaged and frozen food which contain high amount of preservatives. Try to eat more natural food and cook the food yourself if possible.
