Briefly: Adderall is stimulant for adhd - a lifelong condition, often diagnosed in childhood. Klonopin is a long-acting benzodiazepine anxiolytics - best used only short term for severe anxiety.  Topamax (topiramate) is an anticonvulsant drug that is sometimes used off-label for bipolar disorder, although its effectiveness for bipolor is questioned. It's often used for weight loss.  Lexapro is a standard antidepressant.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR treats : Symptoms of adhd, but can increase anxiety, as can any stimulant. I could not find any studies on the efficacy of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for reducing topamax's side effects of difficulty with  word-retrieval, loss of train-of -thought & loss of memory, so i'll refer your question to adult psychiatrists on the panel. Both meds can cause weight loss. There is no adverse drug interaction listed.

I would seek out a caring family doctor who can do a detailed psychological intake including the Beck's Depression inventory, the Beck's Anxiety scale, the Hirschfeld questionnaire for a mood disorder, and an Adult ADD inventory.  Medicines could be tapered

I worry when I see this type of question, as it  might mean that someone is considering coming off of a medication without fully discussing with the prescribing provider.
