i have had a bad tooth nerve pain for 1 month. food gets stuck in gums daily. my dentist couldn't fit me in for an appointment. my molar now fell out and the pain has gone. what do i do now?

Find a new dentist: Ur pain is gone because the  crown part of the tooth broke and tooth was infected and partially dead. The roots are still in the bone and eventhoughnit does not hurt is still infected and you don't want infected part in your jaw bone. Might need to get it extracted. Find a new dentist who can fit you in soon.

Sciatica: Low back pain that radiates into the leg is called sciatica.  A herniated disc in the lumbar area is one common cause.  Simple exercises and stretching, over the counter pain medication,  or prednisone or other steroid medications like Medrol (methylprednisolone) dosepak can reduce  inflammation.  Physical therapy can help.  If it has been present for more than 3 weeks, see a Doctor.  An MRI might be the next step.

the gave me a cortsone shot and then i had sacatic nerve pain. i went back  and he put me on prednisone  5mg for 12 days. my knee hurts and it hard to bend my knee?

Need  more informati: What  was  the location of the cortisone shot? When did the knee begin ot hurt? Is it  swollen? which knee? Same? You have a  combination of issues  that  need  clarification. Uncertain whether  the  sciatic pain is independent of the cortisone shot and related to a more generalized joint pain syndome. Woud be best to see your physicians and have you get a  consultation with the rheumatologist

See pcp or neuro: There are several causes for chronic headaches, including muscular pain, neck pain, stress, migraines and many other possibilities.  The best way to proceed from here would be to schedule an appointment with your pcp who can ask lots of questions and help guide you through the possible causes and most appropriate diagnostic tests and determine the best referral person if appropriate.

Yes: When there is a cyst around a wisdom tooth, they both need to be removed asap and sent for pathological evaluation. While rare it could be cancerous and needs to be checked out.  Also cyst of that nature tend to continue to grown and cause issues as you have described. See your dentist for a referral to an oral surgeon.

Have it checked out: It may be an infection in the bone or more likely an adjacent tooth with a problem. You will need to see your own dentist who can examine you, take some x-rays and tell you what's causing the pain.

Possible cavity?: Sometimes patients will have sensitivity to the bleaching gel itself.  But a sharp stabbing may be a sign of a tooth cavity, gum disease or a defective filling/crown.  Consult your dentist.
