Yes: If it is an upper tooth then the nerve supplying sensation to it may also innervate and provide sensation to the eye.  So, you can have referred pain to the eye.

DO NOT: Do not ever take medication just because you have a leftover pill or two.  Always discuss meds with your prescribing Dentist or Physician.  Clindamycin and TEVA 3109 (Amoxicillin) are both antibiotics.  Your Dentist may want you to be taking both, but that's a decision for the Dentist to make.  Note that actual dental treatment required, not just pills, to cure tooth infection.

Not sure: But any infection in your mouth is not only limited the tooth , it can spread to the surrounding tissue and organs ver quickly, if the infection as draining into your throat or sinuses it could cause all kind of breathing problems. At least you got it taken care of. Good going.
