For what condition?: Jamieson's b complex 100 mg is a timed-release product. B vitamins are also water-soluble, so that any excess your body does not need will be excreted.  Taking vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) at 1-6 grams (not milligrams as in this preparation) per day over many months can cause a sensory neuropathy.  For most people, the 50mg b complex would be enough -- if you have poor diet & stress, maybe need more.

Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea.  It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed.  Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful.  The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA.  Dose more important than a long list.

Yes.: Even though B vitamins are water soluble and not stored in our fat like the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), too much of certain Bs, like B6 and B3 (niacin,) can get you in trouble. Going above 200 mg a day of B6 has the potential to cause numbness and other nerve problems. High doses of Niacin (2000 mg a day) can lead to elevated liver enzymes, jaundice and nausea.

Glutes: The nurse will need good access to the butt muscle known as the gluteas maximus.  Not sure why you are asking this question. Nurses and doctors see skin all day long. There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed or nervous about.

No: The american diet is already vitamin-rich, and there are essentially zero reported cases of vitamin-deficiency, amongst those not taking vitamins. Therefore, the supplemental vitamins we take are in excess of need, and your organs already have enough vitamin b (et al.). More should not change any functions.

Constipation is a local, bowel problem, most easily addressed with increased fiber intake.

Yes: There are no known interactions between hydroxyzine and B vitamins so they should be safe to take together. Yes, no problem.: These two medications have no interactions, they can be taken together. However, avoid taking Synthroid (Levothyroxine) along with food or coffee since these inhibit the absorption of the medicament.
