Yes: Unfortunately non small cell lung cancer can spread; frequent sites of spread include the space between the lung and chest wall (pleural space), liver and adrenal glands.  When the disease spreads to distant organs/locations this is called metastasis.

: Typically, it would not spread that quickly to distant sites. When they remove the tumor from the lung, they typically also take some lymph nodes that are nearby. If the lymph nodes nearby are positive, you will likely need some additional treatment, like chemotherapy or radiation. If the lymph nodes are negative and the margins are clear, you will be monitored with scans going forward. Good luck!

It is guess work: It is hard to give you reliable response without examining the patient and without knowing any history or results of her blood tests which can show the severity of liver disease. In general, most patients with stage 4 liver cancer have a short survival(2 to 6 months). You should ask this question to her treating doctor(s).

Not metastases: Paraneoplastic syndromes result either from substances produced by a tumor (perhaps a pituitary adenoma making prolactin and causing impotence) or from the immune response against a tumor attacking healthy cells (perhaps the attack on an oat cell lung cancer causing blindness). They have nothing to do with whether the tumor has metastasized.

tonsil cancer spread to my lymp nodes in neck. one year later now my lung. doctor removed the noudle it was 1 cm.  can i beat this?

Difficult to cure: With treatment that includes chemotherapy it may respond to complete remission. We have had good responses to various combination meds. A medical oncologist should be able to go through your findings with you and explain an approach to treatment. I would not favor surgery or radiation as initial treatment with findings of spread to lungs but it may need confirmation.
