Enzymes in core: There are enzymes concentrated in the core that  are used to tenderize meat.  These  are what makes your tongue itchy or tingling.  These enzymes are also in the rest of the pineapple but not as concentrated  and in kiwi.  Avoid the core.  Salt water rinses can stop the itching.

Probably unrelated: You may possibly have contracted scabies from the contact but there are also other potential causes unrelated to the sexual contact.   See a doctor if this has been presented for more than 3 days or been getting worse.

hello, several times a day the middle of my tongue gets itchy. not painful, just annoying. i brush my tongue gently with the back of toothbrush. thx!

Itchy Tongue: Unfortunately we can't diagnose these types of situations over the internet without a medical history and a one on one clinical examination. Two things that come to mind are a mild allergic or irritation from something you eat, drink or place in your mouth, or... a fungal infection. There are lots of other possible causes. See a local dentist for an evaluation.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Swollen? See doctor: Your symptom may indicate an allergic reaction.  You need to see your doctor, especially if it is swollen, indicating this may be affecting your airways.  Your doctor may prescribe an oral antihistamine or steroid to stop the reaction.

Fissured tongue +?: The fissuring of the tongue can be a normal variation and by itself nothing to worry about.  However, it is more prone to bacterial and fungal infections along with a host of other medical conditions that should be ruled out.  The best thing to do is to see your dentist for clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause of your symptoms and what if anything need to be done.

Probably not: Allergies to antibiotics can be life threatening.  One symptom of allergy is itching.  Severe allergy could produce itching and swelling of your airway so that you cannot breathe.  Call your  dr immediately or an advice nurse.  Consider stopping the antibiotic immediately.

Examination: Tongue bumps are not a normal part of your anatomy, and as such, need to be evaluated. Your social habits also come into play, including drinking, smoking, and use of chewing tobacco. Please see a local oral surgeon for evaluation.. These lesions cannot be diagnosed over the internet.
