Nothing: If all is healing well, they will disappear over time. Much like the scab on a cut on your skin. Just keep the area clean.

Cut: Just like a paper cut can be very annoying, and just like a paper cut should heal in just a few days. OTC Orabase-B (with Benzocaine) dabbed on sore spot may numb it. If not fully healed in 2 weeks from onset further examination/evaluationis required.

Sublingual veins: If they were cut and no pressure was applied, it is possible you could hemorrhage significantly from that area. It is possible that you could die from uncontrolled hemorrhage in that area. However, the description of them being prominent or popping out is completely normal. That is the way they appear. Any questions, see an ENT to evaluate.

blister bubble under tongue from cut by dentist filled up size of two peas and popped by itself. no pain. what is that and what should i do?

If it recurs..: Get it checked. It is most likely a mucocele which forms from interruption of salivary gland drainage ducts and if it is gone now as implied there isn't much you can do. If it recurs, especially after putting something very sour like a lemon drop in your mouth, try to get it looked at before it disappears again. Of course we can';t diagnose over the internet but if it stays away, no worries.

Non-specific symptom: Non-specific symptoms. Try warm salt water rinses and NSAID. If symptoms persist, see an oral surgeon.

Severe?: It depends on the severity if the cut. Because the tongue is highly vascularized, it will bleed a lot if the cut is deep and/or otherwise extensive. If you don't see much bleeding after 10 minutes, chances are the cut will heal itself. Conversely, if the bleeding is pooloing in the mouth and/or continues for more than 30 minutes, immediate treatment is indicated.
