Possibly: This can be caused by the acidity of the vomitus.  Unisom, b6, and ginger are among the over the counter aids for morning sickness.  If you're vomiting frequently, you'll need some prescription medications.  Call your doctor--even if you haven't seen him/her for this pregnancy yet.

Ask her OB?: Many pregnant women find that taking (eating, drinking) ginger helps tremendously with nausea: ginger in tea, ginger root, however you want to take it. Mouth ulcers (and really all such questions) can ONLY be addressed by a doctor who can see and examine the patient, you should take these to the OB doctor not online. Hope this helps.

dr, when i was 18 days pregnant (i didn't know then)i sprayed once(1ml or more)ethanol surgical alcohol at 70 on mouth ulcers,i kept it few minutes and spat out the excess without rincing. does the absorbed alcohol harm the embryo ?i'm super anxious?

Doubt it: There is no level of exposure to alcohol that has been fount totally safe for an embryo/fetus. That said, I do not believe the exposure you describe was enough to create a level of alcohol in your blood. It must achieve a blood level to get to/bother the fetus.

Cause: What was determined to be the cause of the ulcer? Most lesions resolve on their own in about two weeks. Your dentist apparently feels it is not serious. Without knowing anything about your social habits or medical history (other than your pregnancy) it would not be a bad idea to have an oral surgeon take a look.

Aphthous ulcer: Because of location, it is probably an aphthous ulcer. Viral in origin. Lasts 10 - 14 days. Warm salt water rinses help. Did you perhaps bite your cheek ? This is also very common.

i am 9wks pregnant and have a canker sore/mouth ulcer on the inside of my cheeck and it is really sore. what can i do to stop the pain/get it better soon? my jaw is also sore now and the glands below my jaw heavily swollen.

Canker Sore: May or may not be a canker sore, especially if it has been there for longer than 2 weeks.  Best to see your General Dentist for examination/evaluation/treatment plan.  Make sure to inform your Dentist that you are pregnant (congratulations).  If necessary your Dentist will confer with your OBGyn.  In the meantime an OTC like Orabase is relatively innocuous.

Sores on tongue: There are several possibilities for sores on the tongue.  The most common are aphthous ulcers, canker sores, or herpes simplex viral infection ( herpetic gingivostomatitis). 
Other possibilities are lichen planus, oral thrush, HIV infection, cancer.
If you have sores that have not healed within 7-10 days, you should have them examined and possibly biopsied as soon as possible.

Get it checked out!: Black ulcers on and under ones tongues are suspicious and need to be evaluated by a physician. They may need to be biopsied/ sample taken to make sure they are not cancerous and determine a cause. 
There are benign ulcers but these are red based ulcers, painful and called canker sores. There are benign black tongue changes, called black hairy tongue, but this only occurs on the top of ones tongue.
