U should do no abdom: No abdominal exercises for 4 months after the csection, then u can , u can exercise everything else, but a big workout person wrote a book about that after she tore up herab muscles cause she started doing abs too soon.  You should get a trainer to guide you with that or there are plenty of exercise books.

Walking: Walking is the best exercise to help tone your abdominal muscles after pregnancy and c-section. Sit-ups will not help. Don't push yourself beyond your limits. Eat healthy !

It may be normal: during C Section,the abdominal muscle are cut through to del;iver a baby&amp;sewn back again.Afew weeks recovery is needed to allow the stitches from surgery to heal.Sometimes fat tend to deposit in the abdomen&amp;is tough to get rid off.With exercise and fitness programme it can be corrected.Sometimes the muscles don't heal&amp;there is an opening &amp;part of bowel comes out causng Hernia.if it persists check

Avoid sugars & carbs: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Hard to say: Without doing an exam, it is impossible to say what that is.  You probably need to consult with your gynecologist or primary care physician.

See your OB doc: 1st , it depends if you want more children or not, if u do then as long as u do  not have an incisional or umbilical hernia u should wait until after your next child, if u do not want anymore children then you may need surgery to fix the condition.

Post cSection: It is possible that when your muscles were cut for the csection that they might not come back as strong   also it is possible that the nerve will also not come back.   The best way to get the most improvement is through exercise.

C-section: It can be part of the healing process, however, if you feel like the intensity of the pain is not normal, you can visit the ER or your OBGYN  and get a physical examination. This way you can make sure everything is fine, or find out what the problem is.

Maybe: Maybe, but you really need to have your C/section surgeon doing the evaluation rather than this forum.

Depends: If you resume intercourse not long after your c section then it could be another pregnancy.  However, it might also be gas.  In addition many patient get shock like sensations from the nerves cut during the c section being irritated by the new scar tissue.
