Its been 7 weeks since my c-section and i just recently started feeling what seems to be baby kicks in my lower abdomen... what is this?

Depends: If you resume intercourse not long after your c section then it could be another pregnancy. However, it might also be gas. In addition many patient get shock like sensations from the nerves cut during the c section being irritated by the new scar tissue.
