Visit podiatrist : To put your mind at ease. This might be flexible hammer toes. You might just have to let it be and then as your child gets older, a small procedure can be done to correct it, or the doc might be able to offer some type of splinting of the toes.

Tenotomies: Or cutting of tendons are performed all the time. If you cut the flexor tendon the toe will be straight. You take away the ability of the toe to plantarflex or curl down, but it doesn't affect your walking....People do just fine when the toes don't flex....

Tonsil: Ask your MD for a short course of prednisone. Avoid acidic foods, salt water, alcohol, smoking, mouthwashes. Get some anesthetic lozenges.

Evaluation: She needs to be evaluated by a physician right away. From the brief description it is difficult to say if she has infection related illness or seizure. Call 911 if you need help to get her to a medical facility.

Curling your toes is muscular contraction of the foot and calf muscles, so they are related to your body's response to arousal, pleasure and orgasm. It's OK to enjoy the process without getting too technical about it!

Yes (kinda): If your concern is pain, many of the over the counter products help. However, they do not correct the diformity- it would be the equivalent of using corrective lenses, they only help while they are in use but don't solve the underlying issues.  
These types of pathologies seldom resolve themselves without surgical intervention, but splinting may offer enough relief to get you through the day.
