: Has anyone looked into the obvious ?  When you are sitting are you compressing any blood vessels. There are anomalies in the human body. It is an option. Raynauds is a construction, a spasm of the blood vessels when exposed to cold. A vascular surgeon should be considered.

i walked about 5mi a day (brisk walking) for a few weeks but noticed my second toe on left foot hurting. i've stopped walking but now there's a large blood blister callous and the nail is slightly purple. no pain. is that ok or should i get an eval?

Pressure: Could just be from the shoes or boots you are wearing and then the amount of time on your feet. Now rest those feet and if does not resolve timely. See your doctor.
