Not necessarily : Tmj syndrome is usually characterized by painful muscles around the jaw area, neck.. Tingling/ numbness is a possible but infrequent symptom. Get an evaluation with a qualified dentist.

A TMJ symptom: Painful popping noises in the jaw joint while chewing are a common manifestation of TMJ problems. It usually indicates a partially displaced TMJ disc inside the jaw joint. To my knowledge, you can't rupture a mouth muscle while chewing. If the painful popping continues, you may want to seek treatment to prevent the disc from becoming completely displaced which may lead to locking or arthritis.

Yes, in some cases.: Overuse of the facial muscles from clenching and grinding can sometimes cause facial tingliness.  Proper diagnosis is very import to make sure trigeminal neurolgia is ruled out.

Tough to tell: Tmj is the "name" of the joint. When you say you have tmj, it's like saying you have knee. Tmj disorders are numerous and can be multiple. The 'source' determines the prognosis. Could be nerves, muscles, disk dislocation, etc. Any source, if managed properly, can go away, but, like a sprained ankle, it will most always be weaker, more prone to recur-your dentist should be able to help.

Not usually...: Sinus pressure is usually not a symptom of TMJ disorder.  Remember that there are lots of other things that can cause pain attributed to TMD, so having a full evaluation by your doctor is important.  If indeed the diagnosis is TMD, then a trial of an OTC NSAID (Ibuprofen, Aleve) is common.  Other meds, more education and a change in habit/behaviors that make it worse can be discussed with your doc

Yes: The clicking noise is made when you open or close your mandible, the noise come because the disk that covers the mandibular condyle is slipping off or if it s squeezed while the mandible is moving.
This is not a normal condition of your joints. If you have pain you need to seek help and in general an occlusal guard professionally made can do the trick.

i have a ear clicking with any tongue movement. no wax, removed medication in case side effect. not tmj. with no other symptom, is allergy possible?

Ear Clicking: There are bones in the inner ear and they click when you increase the pressure in the oral cavity by holding your nose with your mouth closed.  You will hear the bones click as they move.  This is normal.
