Not sure...: Not familiar with flamar mx (is it foreign, and not american?)... But websites describe it as chlorzoxazone/paracetamol/diclofenac combination. The paracetamol (acetominophen) is tylenol (acetaminophen) in the U.S.  Cataflam is diclofenac in the U.S., and is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid), used for treating pain and inflammation. One should as a doctor in her local country for information.

Rescon-mx: rescon-mx = phenylephrine hydrochloride and dexchlorpheniramine maleate.  "his product provides relief of the symptoms resulting from irritation of sinus, nasal, and upper respiratory tract tissue. Phenylephrine exerts a vasoconstrictive and decongestive action while dexchlorpheniramine maleate decreases the symptoms of watering eyes, post-nasal drip, and sneezing."

i have had 3 mc 1 aug '14 1 oct'14 and 1 tubal treated with mx shot jan'15 i have 2 older children.is it common to end up with infertility? any hope?

Stay hopeful.: The good news is that you have been able to get pregnant in the past and have been successful with 2 pregnancies.  As one ages, there can be small changes to ova, which does increase one's risk of miscarriage. Get a thorough check up by your Gynecologist to rule out infection and fibroids, etc. and ensure hormone levels are normal.   Best wishes.

Hard to say: There is a term called crepitance and is the crunching sound heard when arthritic joint is moved.  You may have developed some arthritis, possibly related to your previous tear.  Consider being seen as there are other potential causes as well.

Cycle adjustment: Ask your gyn md to utilize medication to cycle adjust your menses before the wedding night. Hurry, you don't have much time before "aunt flow" is due!.

Variable: It may just be a matter of time. Sometimes it takes a little longer. Or there may be something going on. Maybe damage to one or more fallopian tubes, maybe endometriosis, or sperm issues. At some point either out of frustration or just knowledge it would be worthwhile to be evaluated to see what is going on.

Talk with doctor: Methotrexate is only take for fairly serious disorders, and is potentially quite toxic. A distant expert on a forum like this cannot safely answer this sort of question. Discuss with the doctor who provides care for the problem treated with methotrexate. Sorry.
