Not sure...: Not familiar with flamar mx (is it foreign, and not american?)... But websites describe it as chlorzoxazone/paracetamol/diclofenac combination. The paracetamol (acetominophen) is tylenol (acetaminophen) in the U.S. Cataflam is diclofenac in the U.S., and is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid), used for treating pain and inflammation. One should as a doctor in her local country for information.
