Stay hopeful.: The good news is that you have been able to get pregnant in the past and have been successful with 2 pregnancies. As one ages, there can be small changes to ova, which does increase one's risk of miscarriage. Get a thorough check up by your Gynecologist to rule out infection and fibroids, etc. and ensure hormone levels are normal. Best wishes.
