Possible.: But given all the symptoms ms is unlikely. Specifically pain in the arms and feet, gastro problems and increased anxiety do not really fit the typical ms.

Hidradenitis?: Should see your doc regarding treatment for this.  May need topical or systemic antibiotics in addition to a general program of support, diet, wt loss, education, smoking cessation, etc.

Needs to be checked: It needs to be evaluated as the spots are persisting.Have you used any cream or ointment.See your doctor or a dermatologist
it could be a bug bites, skin infection like impetigo, sometimes the bug bites get infected as well.

Many possibilities: Some causes of swelling  can include systemic problems such as hypertension, and problems with the kidneys and localized issues such as arthritis, infection, lymphatic obstruction, blood clots, varicose veins, trauma (fracture, sprain, tendonitis) and side effects to medication.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Sciatica: It is very likely you have sciatica.  The sciatic nerve can be irritated with by many things. Recommend NSAIDs, exercise and ab strengthening.  Sleep and sit on hard NOT soft surfaces. If not better definitive treatment is medrol dose pak and/or PT.
