UTI antibiotics: Factive (gemifloxacin) is a newer fluoroquinolone antibiotic and isn't more toxic than the other antibiotics we would consider using. It should be fine, although the cheaper drugs Bactrim and Cipro (ciprofloxacin) should also work just as well.

: If the area skin is breached and it is small you need to wash and clean it and use a local antibiotic ointment, If it is more than thatpl see your OBGYN

: Ice applied to the area for 20 minutes at a time at least 3-5 times per day will help to reduce inflammation. Acetaminophen can also be used for pain relief. If the pain/discomfort persists for more than 2 weeks, you may need to see a Dr for imaging and exam.

No immunos required: No immunosuppression is required for a dura mater transplant, or for most types of tissue transplants. Most of these tissues have been processed in ways that remove the antigens (proteins) exposure to the new host's immune system and therefore do not provke a rejection response. The big risk for dura mater transplants is creutzfeld-jacob disease (prions) transmission.

See above for causes of gynecomastia . Rarely  ingestion of significant amounts of soy products can also cause gynecomastia. Would follow up with  MD

Runny nose: You could have allergic rhinitis or a cold. And there are medications to treat it. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.

Nope!: There is no cure for a cold .Just buy softer tissues and wiat 10-14 days for it to pass.

Not proven but...: I advise my patients to take the homeopathic remedy arnica before & after surgery. This is proven to reduce post-operative bruising, swelling & pain; it's unproven that it reduces internal scar tissue but is worth a try: see http://www.Alpinepharm.Com/results/ 
i advise 200c just before & after surgery & 12c 2x/day for a week or 2 after. Try a good multivitamin &1-2, 000 mg of vit c 2x/day as well.
