Allergy: This may be a sensitivity to something you ate or drank.  What did you eat recently?  Try to avoid this in the future and see what happens.  
As for now, if you can talk, breath, swallow  normally you should be ok.   If you are having difficulties with these then  call your doctor.  If you can't breathe or swallow go to er?

Could be...: Could be viral, fungal, or bacterial.  Call your dentist so he/she can actually see the lesions and advise you as to treatment.

Pearl piercing?: Some people are very allergic to the metals and materials in tongue piercing.  Also, the hole around the piercing can get infected.  Allergy and infection can cause the area to itch.  Wound induced neuropathy can cause your tongue to itch.  In general,  tongue piercings put you at risk for many serious and annoying side effects.

Palliative treatment: It seems like is the result of some type of irritation on the tip of the tongue. Keep your mouth clean and have some cream like rx triamcinolone  or over the counter oral gel to alleviate pain. Long lasting (+3 weeks) should be seen by a doctor. (dentist).

papillomas are viral and usually rough shaped

fibromas usually come from trauma and are smooth.

See your dentist: We need more information than a photo posted on the internet. A complete medical and dental history would be helpful. It could be accidental bite, burn, medication related, fungal, allergic reaction, geographic tongue just to mention a few things. I recommend that you see your general dentist or an oral surgeon for a one on one evaluation.
