Palliative treatment: It seems like is the result of some type of irritation on the tip of the tongue. Keep your mouth clean and have some cream like rx triamcinolone or over the counter oral gel to alleviate pain. Long lasting (+3 weeks) should be seen by a doctor. (dentist).
