Warm salt rinses: The blister will need to heal on it's own, but if it is a bit swollen in the area, warm salt water rinses several times a day will help it along.

Fistula?: What you are describing sounds like a fistula or drainage track from an infected tooth. Your dentist can confirm this with an X-ray and a Gutta percha placed in the "gum pimple". It wouldn't hurt because the pressure is vented thru the pimple, but if an infection it is dangerous to your overall health. Have your dentist help you treat your problem.font wait for a crisis!

Viral, maybe herpes: There are a few viruses that can do this, but the most common is an initial infectioin with herpes simplex virus. You need to take him to the doctor ASAP, primarily in case it's herpes, often acquired at his age from schoolmates or playmates. Herpes can be very effectively treated, and the sooner he is diagosed, the easier the diagnosis and more effective the threatment. Don't delay!

: Please see a dentist for an exam. A Mucocele which is a blocked salivary gland or duct. These are benign lesions that fill with mucus fluid, usually caused by recent trauma. If large, chronic &amp; severe they may need to be removed by an oral surgeon &amp; biopsied. If small and non-irritating, they may self-resolve but it’s important to find the source of trauma. Tingling on tongue is a separate issue.

Not being able to see what you are referring to, i hesitate to just mention some otc medications that while they may make you feel more comfortable, might prevent necessary treatment or a better solution.
