Relax: Your nasal passages are lined with internal hairs and sticky mucous that trap such particles before they get very far up your nose.If they did get past these your lungs would respond with a repetitive cough to dislodge and force it out.

Melanonychia commonly presents as pigmented band arranged lengthwise along the nail unit, and this presentation is known as longitudinal (lm) melanonychia or melanonychia striata. The most important cause of melanonychia is subungual melanoma although a variety of other causes includes trauma, drugs, fungal infections, other disorders.

Splinter hemorrhage?: These may be what are called splinter hemorrhages. They can be dot-like but also needle-like. I don't think biting has anything to do with it. It would be worth having your doctor or a dermatologist look at them.

Best to Check.: Whenever small black dots start appearing, it is best to have them looked at by an experienced physician. Often times, they are nothing more than blood trapped under the skin, but to remove all doubt, check it out.

i had a bump on my bottom lip i bit it open it turrned red then a circle came iin the center couple days pass now i have alot of cold sores i think they have very small black dots and red bumps are in the inside of my mouth on the bottom lip?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If these are cold sores, these will get better, if the lesions do not improve in a day or two, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Probably unimportant: Most likely you inhaled the speck and it made it past the usual barriers which are mostly quite effective.  If you do not have chronic coughing or other signs of illness, then you probably have nothing to worry about..
