just two days ago i noticed a black small dot on the right side of my tongue , i don't smoke, im not taking any special medication. !?

Probably nothing: In the absence of pain or discomfort it is most likely an area of hyper -pigmentation. Take a picture of it and then take another in 2 weeks. If it hasn't changed its most likely ok. If it worries you see an ent.

small black dot roughly the size of my taste buds just appeared on the right side of my tongue. i've never had a dot there my entire life. no pain. ?

Many possibilities: Have you recently bitten that side of the tongue? It could be an area of healing. It could also be a stained portion of the normal papilla due to foods or beverages. It could also be normal pigmentation that has appeared due to melanin pigmentation. If it does not dissipate or if it gets larger over the next two weeks, see your dentist for an evaluation.

i also had a small black dot on my tongue.  it was the size of a pin head.  it's gone today.  i don't smoke, drink, use drugs nor have i been ill.?

It's gone: That is probably the key - that it's gone.  Bad things don't come and go.  They usually just get bigger or more painful.  If it returns and gets bigger then you should see your family doctor.

Dark Dots in Mouth: The dark dots could be venous lakes which are nothing more than blood vessels. However, the skin lesions could be abnormal nevi or moles. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Have it evaluated: A black dot can be multiple things
You can have a growth, a blood clot, even a tattoo from metal fillings.  have it looked at. you don't say how long it's been there
See a periodontist or oral surgeon

i had a bump on my bottom lip i bit it open it turrned red then a circle came iin the center couple days pass now i have alot of cold sores i think they have very small black dots and red bumps are in the inside of my mouth on the bottom lip?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If these are cold sores, these will get better, if the lesions do not improve in a day or two, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Melanin spot : If it's always been there, it's probably a melanin spot. Just normal pigmentation and benign.  If you are otherwise healthy, the you shouldn't worry about it unless it changes.
