49 year old spine: Sounds like you have the spine of a 49 year old.  It is very common to have minor abnormalities of the discs as you get older.  These only become significant when there is a neurologic deficit or pain which directly correlates with the findings on mri.  With the findings on this MRI no neurologic findings are expected. Pain is possible but it will be difficult to blame your discs.

Looks like you have a herniated disc that is pressing on the S1nerve root which may be causing pain on the outside of your foot. If rest and Ibuprofen are not helping then you need to follow-up with your doctor. Treatment may range from medication, rest, therapy or if needed surgery

: Can vaguely do, but you are better off meeting with radiologist and directly discussing your films.  My take, is that present are minor-moderate signs of wear and tear degenerative changes, none of which require surgery, all of which can be handled conservatively.

Protrusion = &lt; 50% circumference with AA

Herniation includes both protrusion and extrusion

Not urgent: What you described suggests hemorrhoids. While not urgent, it would be prudent to see a doctor for treatment.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Different : Annular tear is similar to a sprain--a torn ligament, and not normal. It's presence does not equate to pain. In fact, upon healing the MRI will show a persistent abnormality. Bulging is best described with squeezing the top and bottom of marshmallow. The edges bulge to absorb shock of body weight. This is the job of the disc. If nerves not pressured, completely normal.
