The way you hold your hand, how you sit, may be playing a role, but this is something that should be discussed with a physician like a neurologist who can do the proper exam and arrange for studies if required.

Neurologic sxs: Tinnitus is produced by the eighth cranial nerve and numbness of the face and ear is primarily the fifth cranial nerve. Those two nerves are not very closely related in the brainstem. Without further information, you would need to see your primary care doctor or a neurologist to get a more detailed history and physical exam.

It can...: But usually it causes pain and pressure.  I have had patients describe a numbness in the affected side, so that is similar to a tingling sensation. My out may have an infection in both sinuses, but the left is more swelled than the rt.  only an exam can help determine that.

See a neurologist: You symptoms suggest neuropathy which seems very wide spread. Some times neuropathy is discovered before diabetes which is the commonest cause of neuropathy, is uncovered.

Back tingling : This could be as simple as nerve irritation from a rib or thoracic vertebrae out of place. Seeing an osteopath or Medical dr that does manipulation may help.
