Delivery is the ansr: Your symptoms: sore calves, tingling in feet, during late stages of pregnancy.

This may be caused by many things, but it is not bad.  When you deliver your pelvis and spine will probably feel a lot better, and there will be less stretching and compression of nerves to your calves and feet.

Could be !: Sciatica is a common presentation of a disc in the back with pain and numbness affecting the sciatic nerve the symptoms radiate from the back to the back of the leg and sometimes all the way to the foot.
