Thoracic radiculopat: If it is of 1 or 2 days duration then shingles may show up in a few days. However if it is of weeks or months duration, then thoracic nerve or nerves may be pinched in thoracic spine. It is same for men and women.

almost in accident yesterday, went forward and back. feeling pain in the lower right abdomen and nagging tingling sensation in back on upper left side. also had acid reflux after. what could this be? should i go to er or urgent care?

: If your symptoms are getting better, you may watch and wait. If the pain or limitation on movement gets worse, do seek care. for the long term, if you are overweight it would be prudent to lose weight.

Tingling sensation: If the left lower abdominal pain is accompanied by low back pain radiating to your left leg, then it may be due to pinched nerve arsing from the spine of your lower back. You need a detailed history, physical exam and image tests if necessary. Consult your physician to find the source of your pain and further management.

sore genitals, tingling sensation in genitals and abdomen, gas, general unwell feeling but not too bad just kinda uncomfortable. any idea what it is?

Hard to diagnosis: The symptoms you are giving are rather vague but sound like there is a possibility of Herpes.  Typically presents with  generalized ill feeling the first time - often with fever.  Tingling sensation is replaced with vesicles and then ulcers over the course of less than a week.  You did not say how long you were having symptoms.  Hopefully this is not your diagnosis but worth considering.

Infection?: It certainly sounds as if you have the beginnings of some type of an infection whether it be a viral respiratory ailment or more likely a urinary tract type of problem which not infrequently occurs after having had sexual relations especially in women with short urethras.

Urethritis: Most probably you have irritation of the urethra( small pipe through which the urine comes out). Generally happens after a vigorous sex or sex after a prolonged period of abstinence.It is a mechanical irritation due to extra friction rather than infection. Drinking more water and lubrication use during sex should help you. Zk.

tingle/numb feeling on the right side of abdomen slightly above my belly button but on the right side. could it be from my bladder infection or ?

Not  likely: This would be a very unusual manifestation of cystitis.  You should see your pcp and discuss this and be examined.  Good luck and hope this works out to your satisfaction.

i ve some pressure in the lower right side of stomach & feeling a little full also have little burning in the back after i eat,tight feeling in my stomach & slight diarrhea. i also get some tingling sensation in my abdomen this is going on for 2 days?

: These symptoms have features of both upper &amp; lower digestive disturbance. Viral gastroenteritis, some food intolerance, mild gastritis or esophagitis come to mind. The tingling sensation is nonspecific. At time I'd follow a bland,soft diet &amp; drink room temperature fluids. If pain&amp; tenderness develop in the right lower abdomen, get checked for possible appendicitis.

this numbness on my right side in the right lumbar region of my abdomen has a feeling of numbness much like when a limb falls asleep except it doesn't have to tingle. there is no pain when i press and also no other symptoms. i do have ppms. ?

Sudden numbness: Could be sciatica equivalent,  or early shingles ( though usually there is pain)  rarely lyme  or MS. Would test for lyme  and herpes  -acylcovir  helps for  shingles . MRI head would identify MS  and MRI LS spine would note if there is evidence of nerve compression( not all with  compression are symptomatic) . If all is negative  consider CT abd /pelvis to see  if anything else  f/u/ w /doc

feeling tingling numb in upper left abdomen that comes and goes for 6+ weeks. mostly happens when in sitting position.my dr says nerve/muscle abdomen irritation from carrying toddler on that side. i have severe anxiety should this be looked into more?

CBT:  You said you have severe anxiety? Is that health anxiety? People with severe anxiety about their health can sometimes have doctors following them down the rabbit hole with multiple tests.  Sometimes they don't feel reassured unless they undergo big workups.  If healthy anxiety is driving this that can be a problem Regardless of what type of anxiety you have consider cognitive behavioral therapy.
