In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

Tingling ears: Assuming you do not meaning ringing...Tingling ears possibly from laying on the nerves that exit the skull to give rise to sensation of the ear...If you mean ringing..Important to know whether it is dependent on laying down or dependent on sleeping..Laying down may increase pressure in brain...In prole with pseudo tumor cerebri or brain tumors this is not uncommon.

Depends : It really depends on what the specific cause is.  I would not hesitate to be seen.  Carpal tunnel syndrome is among the more common causes.

i had a lumbar /sacral mri today my hands got very hot stiff and tingling why would that happen. is it normal?

It is not due: to the MRI per se, but possibly due to the positioning/immobility of your hands during the scan?  Were they pressed between your body and the inside of the scanner?

You need to get: to a healthcare provider for proper examination and diagnosis.  Nerve entrapment issues are sneaky and hard to diagnose sometimes. Be seen: Most likely cause is a "pinched nerve" in the neck; but particularly if it is in the left side you would want to be seen to rule out a cardiac cause as well

Tingling: Not sure it is related to the knee pain, but may be related to the pain medication you are taking, time to check with  your doctor about your symptoms.

Uti: This is ofter the early symptoms of a bacterial infection. Have the urine checked.

Any other symptoms?: Your problem might be significant if the sensation is over one eye or the other, &amp; there are associated changes in sensation or movement on the same side in the eye, eyelid, vision or face. Also, is there any rash?  If any of these, get checked soon. If not, you can monitor it for a couple weeks first. Hope that helps.

Number of things: This could be a number of things, depending on some other factors within your history.  I would be concerned potentially with something like carpal tunnel syndrome or other neuropathy.  Suggest seeing your doctor with a potential need for further investigations if it persists.
