Pinched nerve: During sleep you probably slept in neck position that caused pinched nerves and thus numb right arm. This is common with underlying degenerative disease of neck ( osteoarthritis). See a neurologist.

Arm numbness: Numbness in the arms often occurs from sleeping with the arms bent or working in a job with a lot of repetition. Other frequent causes include spinal stenosis or compression of the spinal cord. Diabetes, low B12 levels, and low thyroid function are common causes too. A neurological evaluation and a nerve conduction test can identify the cause of the numbness.

Temporary?: Likely a compression of your brachial plexus nerves from your position while sleeping.  If it persists you should see a neurologist.

See your doc: The low back is not related to the right arm.  The arm is most likely a disk herniation at C5-6 and or C6-7 on the right.  It can be treated with traction,medication and surgery as a last resort.  You can also try injections.

Mononeuritis multipl: You have inflammation of multiple nerves , usually due to a virus.  Mononeuritis multiplex.  I would see a neurologist

For the foot...: You may have had some sort of injury which caused the bruise.  If there was some damage to a joint or tendon sheath, this could have led to the formation of a ganglion cyst. This would explain the lump and the pain, but there are many other things that may have happened as well.  See a podiatrist for further diagnosis and treatment.

you need to be evaluated by your doctor or an ortopedic specialist, you need exam and may need MRI exam to find the cause.You are only 34 years old so see your doc.

i have a bump that has been pudding think it is a spider bite. and is making my arm numb and tingling?

Most bumps are MRSA: Every time a patient comes in with a 'spider bite' over the past two years ended up having a significant infection with the methicillin resistant staph aureas.  Mrsa can be very dangerous. You do not wait at home for this to 'get better'. You need to be seen soon.
