Could be many things: A vague symptom can be pretty much anything. One's primary care doctor can check to see if there is a medical disorder. Things in the "right lower quadrant" include abdominal muscle, some large intestines, the appendix, etc...  The doctor can check for hernias, big lymph nodes, big tumors, etc..., on his exam.

First question: Is it the tingling that awakens you or do you notice the tingling after awakening?  Lots possible here--start evaluation with your family doctor please.

Neuropathic maybe or: The order of your symptom onset, ?Use of nsaid's for back pain, ; ? Nausea/vomiting, chest pain, diarrhea, blood, tenderness, fever may better clarify whether your back pain is "referred" (such as from esophagus, pancreas, gallbladder). Maybe also have stomach upset due to nsaid's, ulcer, sluggish emptying, outlet narrowing? Paresthesia, etc. Can also cause symptoms ; have little to do with gi.

Back pain: Back pain can be for several reasons. You are young should be minor like muscle spasms unless you had a recent accident or were hurt in another way. Either way Motrin can help but reccomend x-rays of the spine as well.

i am taking 10mg lexapro (escitalopram). i haven't taken it in 2 days bc s of stomach fly. i have facial tingling. is this w/d from not taking it and is it dangerous?

Lexapro (escitalopram): Lexapro (escitalopram) belongs to a group of meds called ssris and they should be tapered off gradually.
