This pain may radiate down the arm into the hand with associated numbness and tingling of the affected nerve pathway. Additionally, you may also be describing a compression of the median nerve at the wrist with resulting carpal tunnel syndrome. If you can see your pcp for a referral.

Abnormal EKG: In a 21 year-old female should be looked at well. At your age, your risks for heart attack are low unless you have dm, chronic diseases like lupus, familial dyslipidemia , chronic HTN which is unlikely at your age, and smoking heavily. It has to be something congenital or infectious or normal variant. Talk to your doctor for diagnosis and treatment if needed and have peace of mind.

Sit up straight.: The most common, poor posture, head forward, rounded shoulders.  Sleeping with too many pillows will cause pain.  Common activities of daily living like driving a lot, long periods of sitting (computer work), telephone work, etc.  There are physical diseases that might lead to pain, if there were an actual growth, or gallbladder disease, but these are rarer.
