Sit up straight.: The most common, poor posture, head forward, rounded shoulders. Sleeping with too many pillows will cause pain. Common activities of daily living like driving a lot, long periods of sitting (computer work), telephone work, etc. There are physical diseases that might lead to pain, if there were an actual growth, or gallbladder disease, but these are rarer.
