why do i only feel a tingling sensation in the left ring and little fingers every time i have chest pain? why the pain doesn't spread to other fingers?

Perhaps ulnar nerve: The anatomy suggests a problem affecting the left ulnar nerve, and the chest pain could represent a site of compression over lateral pectorals minor muscle, or even a problem in lower brachial plexus such as thoracic outlet syndrome.  An EMG test might confirm.  Reassured that your docs are looking at heart issues, as this is another possibility.

Ulnar Nerve injury?: It may be caused by ulnar nerve injury.Ulnar nerve comes down comes down through elbow to inside of the forearm and supplies these two fingers that is pinky and pinky side of ring finger, it can be mild injury or a cyst oe small growth
oher possibility is a pinched nerve coming from nek due to herniated disc
get it checked by your doctor or a neurologist to find what is causing this.

Numbness in hands: there are many things can cause such symptoms. Very non specific at your young age. Take Aleve (naproxen) for few days. If not better, then see neurologist to rule out any neurological disease especially multiple sclerosis .

Ulnar nerve.: Your ulnar nerve is likely superficial and gets easily irritated with pressure over the elbow or can become entrapped.  Try not to lean on elbow.  You should seek help soon from a hand surgeon.  Steroid injections may help or you may need nerve transposed surgically to a different location.  Continued symptoms can lead to hand weakness and permanent damage so get treated soon.  Best of luck.

: Highly likely that you have  developed nerve compression at wrist associated with your work (carpal  tunnel syndrome).  This could be confirmed via EMG/ NCS study, and your physician can evaluate.  You might benefit from wearing a nocturnal wrist/ hand splint which  will stabilize your position during nite.
