i have paresthesia in my head after a head injury another symptom i have is little emotional response and when i do feel emotions i feel a electric tingling feeling all over my head. any idea of what this can be ? had mri and came back negative

Normal: Glad your MRI was normal.  This means no major structural problems.  However,  the brain is a massively electrical structure and head injury disrupts your wires.  Expect symptoms for a week or two.  Other variables to consider would be exposure to EMF and perhaps electrolyte problem.  Low magnesium common.

CAT SCan: Computerized tomography (ct) scan of the head allows the brain to be imaged and examined for bleeding and swelling in the brain. It can also evaluate bony injuries to the skull and look for bleeding in the sinuses of the face associated with basilar skull fractures. Ct does not assess brain function, and patients suffering axonal shear injury may be comatose with a normal ct scan of the head.

Yes, if mild: Mild head trauma/injuries often heal well without problems provided proper care/treatment done promptly. Severe traumatic brain injuries often cause long lasting problems..Headaches, memory problems, psychiatric symptoms, etc..Which may lead to significant disabilities. 
Thus, it is so important to avoid/prevent traumatic head injuries!

Impaired function: Head injuries can cause headaches, nausea, arm or leg weakness immediately. Later, the effects of a concussion can be present, that would affect your physical state, thinking ability, emotional state, and can affect your sleeping pattern. So, concussion can be a result of a head injury. 

If you are concerned, see a physician who can evaluate you for post-head injury symptoms.

Maybe: It depends on what you mean by nausea and what you mean by head injury.  If you had a simple concussion and your nausea was due to false sense of motion (vertigo), then yes to your answer.  This is usually self limiting.  I've had patients with these closed head injuries and will have a general feeling of nausea.  This resolves over time.

Emergency Room: If you consider the injury to be severe, lost consciousness or have a severe headache, go to the Emergency Room where they can  evaluate you and depending on the magnitude of the injury and symptoms do a Head CT scan.

Too vague: This is an incredibly vague ??? If you are concerned you can call your local ER and speak to an RN. If it seems more urgent, go to the ER. Hard to say much more than that given the wide spectrum of injury possible.
