Rest for most: Most head injuries are mild but still require a period of proper rest to allow the brain to recover. You should not return to school, sport or work until symptoms like headache, nausea & sleepiness have fully recovered - your Dr can give you a cert. Keep TV/computer screen time to a minimum. Allow yourself to sleep more than usual. Gentle exercise is good but limit it if headaches/nausea return.
