Yes: That may be a sign of vascular insufficiency, arterial blockages, or coronary spasm.  You should have that evaluated by your physician.

Possible arthritis: If you have pain and tenderness in feet then arthritis is possible. See a rheumatologist or a neurologist.

Form of neuropathy: This symptom is very common with neuropathy. There are many causes of neuropathy. Some are conditions affecting back, b-12 defficiency or diabetes. If this continues, consult with your physician.

Many causes:: Could be a temporary nerve impingement producing tingling upon pressure release, change in position, removal of tight shoes, etc.
However, a neuropathy resulting from things like diabetes could also be causing this.

Multiple sclerosis : Tingling is commonly reported by patients with multiple sclerosis. However, is is rarely a presenting symptom of the disease. Tingling may not be significant enough to be considered abnormal in some individuals and/ormay be related to many other physical or pathological possibilities. A physician is in a better position to gather a good history and perform a physical exam and reach a correct dx.

Possible nerve: Irritation. Consider stretching and strengthening exercises if it does not aggravate the pain or cause increase in radiating pain.  Take a look at:

Maybe two things: Thirst and hunger may be early diabetes especially if you are urinating a lot too. Tingling could come from low potassium or calcium (from lots of urination).  Maybe you have pinched nerves causing tingling.

Several other conditions can as well such as diabetic neuropathy, b-12 defficiency anemia and excessive alcohol use to name a few. The effects of stress can manefest in many ways and it is possible that this can be aggravating these symptoms.

Pinch nerve. : You could have a pinched nerve in your lower back causing these symptoms. You should get an evaluation from a back specialist or neurologist.
