i have have tingling feeling mostly in the top right part of my head. what could the tingling be and why is it localized?

Any trauma?: Any trauma to your head recently?  Do you have  headaches?  I doubt seriously that you're metabolically deficient to be causing that symptom.  Does the tingling come and go?  There 24/7?  Is it painful?  It could be a premonitory sign related to a type of headache which simply hasn't manifest.  Or more likely nothing to worry about though I don't have a specific diagnosis I'm afraid.

i keep getting a feeling of vibrating tingling on top of my head just on my hair line what is this? it happens every like 5-10 mins?

: My impression is that you have an irritable superficial scalp nerve &amp; that the symptom is not emanating from advice. the skull. These irritable nerves are more of a nuisance &amp;  tend to quiet down on their on after a short period. If the  symptom  see your MD or a neurologist for evaluation &amp; advice.

Many possibilities: Numbness can occur from various reasons.  Some potential causes include vitamin deficiency, nerve damage, nerve compression, alcohol over consumption, side effects of different medications, or as a result of different systemic medical conditions such as diabetes.  Get evaluated by a professional to determine the diagnosis.  Treatment is based on the diagnosis.

Speculation: Obviously I can't tell you what's wrong based on such little information, but my speculation would be hyperventilation which can cause both symptoms and happens to people commonly.

i had tooth #2 extracted about 10 days ago and ever since then my top teeth (#6-11 mostly) have had this tingling/crawling feeling.  its annoying and was wondering if this is normal? i also know that my bite is off and grind my teeth (about a month)

Multiple Issues: The extraction should not be related to the altered feeling on your maxillary anterior teeth. Your bruxism and malocclusion most likely the cause. Please have your dentist investigate further.

Sort out causation: Although left arm symptoms may represent referred cardiac issues, more likely, at your age, this is a nerve problem from neck, into plexus, at elbow or wrist.  Get examined and perhaps EMG tested, and treated base on outcome.

Migraine variant?: There are several versions of paroxysmal headaches classified as migraine variants, and these can be treated preventatively.  Quite unlikely that there is any structural intracranial mass responsible.  A neuralgia is likewise less likely but could be ruled out.  A neurologist should be able to help with this.

: The fifth nerve branches innervate those sites so your head symptom could be a referred symptom from the upper jaw wounds. I would not worry about that feeling unless fever and/or pain occur. Take care.

Foot issues: Many issues here: likely ganglion cyst or dorsal osteophyte, hallux valgus, venous insufficiency, and neuropathy.
