Twitching: Twitching usually indicates muscles that are overworked , but you have more than that going on .  See your family doc or team physician if you are in college .  Sooner , not later.

Maybe; worth a trip: Many people "hold" or express their tension with their body, particularly true with anxiety and depression. Anxiety can keep your sympathic nevous system on alert. Other neurological issues (eg fibromigalia) and other disorders like lymphoma can trigger like experiences. Your primary care doctor is one of the best first stops to explore what is going on. Reach out while you're motivated!

Anxiety sensations: Anxiety can cause one to tense up their muscles and by doing so, can cause some tingling sensations like you describe. It seems, you have some form of anxiety as you are prescribed clonazapam, which you may know, can be habit forming. If you were my patient, and because you are young; I would work toward trying to treat your anxiety without the use of benzodiazapines, like clonazapam. Good luck.

May be paresthesias: This  may be paresthesia which are  uncomfortable skin sensations. We see these  with anxiety  With tingling we also evaluate  for nerve irritation. You need to discuss these  with your physician

: Transient tingling secondary to hyperventilation, secondary to anxiety, can occur.  But chronic tingling which fluctuates during day and night is most likely secondary to neurological mechanisms.   Nerve conduction studies cannot rule out small fiber neuropathies, or vascular flow variations.  Discuss further steps with your neurologist, and see psychologist regarding anxiety.

Yes: sounds like you are anxious about being anxious. Anxiety can cause a multitude of differing physical symptoms. Best thing to do is see a psychiatrist to learn treatment options and likely seek a therapist to discuss coping mechanisms and managing and dealing with anxiety. a good book is called the anxiety and phobia workbook which you can search for on amazon.

To be included in the diagnosis of fm, this pain should be located in at least three out of four quadrants of the body or along the entire spine for a minimum of three months. Rec.: if diagnosed, use east-west integrative medicine.
