Anxiety symptoms: My first guess is that you are anxious. And you are breathing fast during the spells which makes you blow off CO2 and can lead to the symptoms you describe especially the tingling. Try  rebreathing into a paper bag so CO2 returns to normal for a few minutes. If this helps bingo. Discuss with your Dr.

: Sounds like you experienced an episode of vasovagal syncope.  Seriously doubt this was a seizure or a cardiovascular event.  Might see your physician to make certain you have stabilized fully.

: Tardive dyskinesia can cause shaking hands at rest but so can other disorders. You should see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. If it is tardive dyskinesia, there are treatments available. So, see your doctor to get diagnosed and treated. Best of luck to you!!

Unlikely: It is unlikely to obtain rubella from shaking hands with someone who does not exhibit signs of rubella.  Rubella normally is passed on from inhalation of large particle aerosols and generally from a prolonged period of contact.  All the best!

Wash hands: Hopefully the person changing the kitty littler washes their hands after changing the box. Toxoplasmosis is not known to be passed from person to person in this matter but simple hand hygiene is a good practice as well.

Tremors: Is shaking only when hands are in motion or even at rest?. Several causes exist, such as essential tremors, drug-induced, parkinson's, systemic disease, psychogenic (such as stress or lack of sleep), fatigue, too much coffee, low blood sugar, overactive thyroid. Worth getting evaluated to rule out medical causes. Most likely, yours is essential tremor & can be effectively treated.

Unlikely: Masturbation is most likely to cause both pleasure & some feelings of guilt, depending a lot on a kids culture. It does not cause neurological symptoms. If a kid finds that they are experiencing some tremor, or fine continuous movements in their hands, they should have their physician look into the process. I'd be looking into an overactive thyroid or other issue as the culprit.

Yes: SSRI's have a nasty side effect of causing agitation if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones.   But before discontinuing the Prozac, (fluoxetine) check for other causes--allergies, alcohol or drug use/hangovers, localized muscle trauma, other medical issues, etc.   Consult your MD before changing any medications...

Tennis elbow...: I suspect it to be tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis caused by inflammation of the tendons on the outer side of the elbow. Rest the elbow as much as possible, ice the area, NSAIDs may help, pressure wrap specific for tennis elbow (my personal favorite when I had it).
