hi i am getting like a buzzing tingling feeling left side of my head like crawling sensation. its in one little spot just on my hairline. 
what could this be?

: There are a variety of nerves running along the sides of your head/face. Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of these nerves = parasthesia. If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.

have tingling and itching and a little pain on left eyebrow going up to hairline, pain not really bad feels like hot wire but mostly itching?

Pls see a doc: If its a new symptom pls see a doc ASAP.  You will need treatment antiviral to stop from getting worse.  Sometime shingle (Herpes Zoster) could have similar symptom prior to eruption of the skin blusters.  If its chronic then it could be nerve or allergy.  Anyway its a good idea to get a check up by a doc.  Put a cold compressor over it.

Tension: Weird things happen with tension. Just the same for tight neck muscles.  Exercises in my book, Stop Neck Pain and Headache Now would help. Relax with a mild sedative is also effective or they yoga.

Likely nothing: Leave it alone for a week and if is still there see your doctor.

Need more info: It is hard to tell what it might be.  The sensory or feeling nerves are numerous in that area.  The vein usually doesn't have any feeling.  An artery that has inflammation could be involved, but that is usually older folks.  We don't have your age to know.  You can look up temporal arteritis and see if that fits as that is the worst it could be.  Most likely it is normal as nerves "fire off".

been dealing with leg pain for 3 days, upper back and chest pains that move around, tingling in legs, feet, chest, etc. also have tingling in hairline and shooting pains off and on in lower back right side of jaw. what could be causing this?

: Without an exam no cause can be advised. Make an appt with your MD for a thoro check. In the meantime take some reg. Tylenol. warm water baths, a multivitamin and avoid stress. Good luck

Have it evaluated.: If you have numbness you should have it looked at as soon as possible as that may indicate nerve trauma.  You will need to have an x-ray or other radiologic exams taken to see if you have a fracture.  Fractures usually need to be immobilized with a splint, cast, or rigid walking boot depending on the location of the injury.    Have your physician determine which course of treatment is best for you.
