Pls see a doc: If its a new symptom pls see a doc ASAP. You will need treatment antiviral to stop from getting worse. Sometime shingle (Herpes Zoster) could have similar symptom prior to eruption of the skin blusters. If its chronic then it could be nerve or allergy. Anyway its a good idea to get a check up by a doc. Put a cold compressor over it.
