PLEASE ask you doc: Who is going to do the surgery since your doc knows exactly what he or she is going to do and knows your body habitus, that is a standard ? U should be asking your doc and your doc should tell u that without u even having to ask it , when i propose or plan to do surg on my pts i always tell them how long recovery would normally be and what to expect during recovery.

No : Everyone uterus is slightly different in shape, size and the angle is is present in the body. This makes no difference regarding fertility.

Increasing lower: Abdominal/pelvic pain, fever, vomiting, nausea, lower back pain etc. Follow up with your gyn if you have concerns!

Depends on the dates: There are two main reasons for not seeing a heartbeat:  wrong dates or abnormal pregnancy.  We should be able to see a heartbeat at 4 weeks post conception. But often women don't know exactly when they conceived: they ovulated late, or had a long cycle.  So we have some ultrasound parameters to help us confirm the diagnosis of miscarriage, and you may need two scans to be sure what's happening

my womb is tilted and   i  have a 6 cm fibroid im 43 yr old could i still get pregnant with a tilted womb and fibroidor should i get my womb removed?

Depends: A "tilted" uterus is normal in one third of women and does not result in decreased chances of pregnancy.  Fibroids can have implications for pregnancy depending on where they are in the uterus. Fertility rates decrease with age so at 43 if you are contemplating pregnancy see your obgyn and ask them more specifics about your fibroid.

Speculative: Mid-twenties female with 6th pregnancy and low back pain likely has pain generated by hypermobile sacroiliac joints (sij) caused by pelvic mass, secretion of ligament-relaxing hormone relaxin, and 5 prior pelvic mechanical insults.  Joint hypermobility syndrome (see brighton criteria) might potentiate this. An sij belt might help, ; an ostetrician should be consulted for other possible causes.

had a laparoscopy 2day an doc said i have vascular lesions/ bulky ovaries what do they mean? also have hernia & endometriosis plus tilted womb.

Whoa: The symptoms of common stage 3 ovarian cancer are nonspecific. Poly cystic ovary syndrome is not cancer. Your fears alone justify repeat imaging. A check for pelvic venous congestion and functional bowel syndrome might be a next step.

a week after the periods i have symptoms like my periods are starting again. i have serious pms, womb pain and breast are painfull....that goes on for 3 weeks then the periods?

PMS/abdominal pain: At 44, increased estrogen production accentuates the symptoms similar to premenstrual times: a large drop in estrogen levels will cause PMS, and increased progesterone will cause breast pain.  Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral bcp's, which will stop ovarian estrogen/progesterone production, lighten menstrual flow, and can be taken until actual menopause.
