No.no.none: A tilted optic nerve is genetic, while it can cause some visual field loss, vision loss is rare. No surgery can fix this and there are no foods or diets that will help. No medicine will change this.

: Believe this has been answered, but the best way to rule out increased intracranial pressure is by a lumbar puncture.  Ask if this can be done.  Sounds like you have Chronic Daily Migraines, which can be controlled with BOTOX.  Perhaps treat headaches first, and if this fails, then get the spinal tap.

supposed chronic migriane . onset of blurred vision and tilted optic nerves . decided optic nerves are probably normal for me and blurred vision is due to migraine . mri and mrv normal . likely iih if pain worse when lying down and tinititus?

: Need to distinguish between episodic and chronic  migraine patterns as different preventative meds may be indicated.  Worsening pain and tinnitus, when supine, might suggest intracranial hypertension, but may be just a variant response for a migraine headache.  See  a neurologist and get this handled fully.

when i widen my eye and fix it onto something then tilt my head down i would see 2 dark circles in my vision. the previous doctor said its optic optic nuero. but when i do it in the dark i would see 2 white rings that would only be visible for 1 sec?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you have other vision symptoms it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ophthalmologist.

why my 5 month old baby's eye tilted most of the time, when looking straight?

Probably normal: Very common in babies.Usually a weak musule. Baby should
be examined, then follow up with regular exams
should consider eye exam if not showing change by age 1.

tilted head to rinse eye w/ water. i think some water went in ear. right after, my ear hurt & still feels irritated. can infection start that fast?

No: If there is wax/cerumen in the ear canal, water can make it swell and cause pressure and discomfort in the ear.  Give it a day or two and if not improved, see your doctor for diagnosis.

: Not feasible to be exact or precise based on post.  Would ponder possible ocular pathology, even glaucoma, and if ophthalmologist has not become involved, do recommend this.
