Covid-19 ?'s: Symptoms as described in this pandemic suggest a need for Covid-19 testing and even if negative, quarantine  (10 days, currently) to prevent spread .

i am experiencing  chest pains when i sleep on my side and there poor ventilation and hot in the room. the pain is not burning or sharp. more like a tight chest. no coughing or phlegm. what could  be the problem?

At least an EKG...: Chest pain in someone 39 years old could be caused by a number of issues but the Heart is a major Concern. Having a Doctor do a through History and Physical including at least an EKG with any other indicated studies; is top priority before attributing the chest pain to ventilation and/or ambient Air temperature as cause. Good idea to see the Doctor sooner than later.

Tight chest/ throat : Most cough with sore throat for few days are viral. Tight chest could mean asthma or bronchospasm or simply chest pain because of coughing , so i would suggest you to see a dr. If you are asthmatic you need to use your bronchodilators. The decision to use or not antibiotics is up the treating physician when there is a question for  bacterial infections.

i have allergic asthma. i feel really sick (dizziness, tight chest, cough) but  i never have a pulse ox below 98 so pcps don't take it seriously. do i really need a $1k consult with a pulmonologist?

Symptoms vs findings: Even though your Oxygen level is "normal" you still may have symptoms of shortness of breath. Inhalers can often help. Not sure you need a "specialist" at the price you quoted. Sometimes an empiric trial can produce results.

Copd: Your oxygenation and vital signs, at this time, don't indicate serious exacerbation of your copd. The nonproductive cough appears tracheal rather than bronchial or pulmonary. Soothing cough medication like robitussinDM should help. Rest and fluid intake are advised. See your physician if symptoms don't show improvement or worsen.

Individuals with symptoms should isolate immediately and get tested. Severe shortness of breath / trouble breathing warrants emergency department visit.

Not well: Although you tried to provide some details of your symptoms but it is still incomplete. If you are still sick then consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Based on the question it could be reflux or onset of viral illness. Heart problems are uncommon in a healthy person of your age but can be considered.

If you have chest sx: if you have chest tightness associated with the cough, I would advise getting checked out. Chest tightness + cough could be due to worrisome causes or could be benign -- the only safe way to sort it out is through a full evaluation.
