Yes.: Movement of fluid and gas in the intestine can cause such a sensation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Impossible to say...: But you sound concerned, and that alone justifies a good examination with appropriate testing.  Get checked for reassurance and/or treatment.

Could be many things: A vague symptom can be pretty much anything. One's primary care doctor can check to see if there is a medical disorder. Things in the "right lower quadrant" include abdominal muscle, some large intestines, the appendix, etc...  The doctor can check for hernias, big lymph nodes, big tumors, etc..., on his exam.

Nausea/vomiting, chest pain, diarrhea, blood, tenderness, fever may better clarify whether your back pain is "referred" (such as from esophagus, pancreas, gallbladder). Maybe also have stomach upset due to nsaid's, ulcer, sluggish emptying, outlet narrowing? Paresthesias can cause symptoms ; have little to do with above GI issues.

Superficial: This sounds like a superficial situation of either an irritable nerve . Or abdominal muscle that has little significance. If the symptom changes to a deeper feeling or persistent discomfort have your physician examine the area.

Burning sensation: A detailed history and complete physical examination may help your physician in establishing a correct diagnosis and adequate treatment for your condition. I have seen similar presentations in patients with early shingles, transverse myelitis in multiple sclerosis and pinched nerves in the thoracic spine. Please contact your physician for evaluation. TOTAL BODY PAIN: A few possibilities to be considered, including Fabry's disease, a diffuse neuropathy especially involving small fibres, and fibromyalgia.  Some rheumatological conditions could present this way.  Need to discuss this with your physician and get this investigated.
