ECG  is just a test: the standard ecg looks at your heart rhythm for about 15 seconds, and also looks at structure and function electrically. At your age and with your gender the ecg along with a history and physical by ur doc makes it a good bet that your heart is normal. Therefore, ur symptoms r probably due to something else. See ur doc for follow up. Good luck.

Speculation: Obviously I can't tell you what's wrong based on such little information, but my speculation would be hyperventilation which can cause both symptoms and happens to people commonly.

Lets not get carried: There is no such entity as trapped gas. I think you are over reacting to something which is imaginery. I would advice you to take your attention off of these little items which will come and go and need to be ignored.  Let your mind be not too focused and worried about illness. Young people do not get sick all that easily. So quit worriying. Go take a daily walk(20-30 mi, you will feel good all da.

Pinched nerve: Rib cage pain on deep breathing is seen with a pinched nerve in between 2 ribs. Tingling in hands and feet can be seen in vit B12 deficiency or disturbances in electrolytes, calcium or magnesium. See your physician who will order the appropriate tests.

Yes Possibly: Left arm pain and tingling certainly sounds like nerve pain, but the deep breathing and lying down also raise the possibility of other sources.  Although you are very young, left arm pain can also be radiating pain from the heart or chest area.  Start with a visit to your regular physician to narrow down the possibilities.
