Pinched nerve: Rib cage pain on deep breathing is seen with a pinched nerve in between 2 ribs. Tingling in hands and feet can be seen in vit B12 deficiency or disturbances in electrolytes, calcium or magnesium. See your physician who will order the appropriate tests.

Hard to tell: Unfortunately, it is very hard to know with these symptoms. It could be a pinched nerve of a sign of poor oxygenation. You should be seen soon by a doctor to make sure it is not something that needs immediate attention.
